
Eve Passman has joined Hoboken-based Rockabill Development & Consulting as an Assistant Vice President. In this new role, she will support the structuring and underwriting of supportive housing projects across New York City and State. Eve’s diverse background in community development, finance, and program management uniquely positions her to serve Rockabill’s nonprofit clients from both a financing and program perspective. Prior to joining Rockabill, Eve served as a Project Manager for Hudson Housing Capital, where she supported the financial analysis of tax credit properties nationwide.
Eve holds a BA in from New York University in journalism and metropolitan studies and completed her Master's in Urban Planning at Columbia University.
