Westbury, NY According to commercial real estate services firm The Rochlin Organization, Long Island Vitreoretinal Consultants of New York (LIVC) has signed a long-term lease for 6,425 s/f at 1600 Stewart Ave.

Eisenhower Atrium Center is a six-story, 220,000 s/f, class A office building located on Stewart Ave., directly off the Meadowbrook Pwy., (exit M4). The property overlooks Eisenhower Park, has a brand-new café, a brand-new conference center, renovated bathrooms & hallways, ample parking and an emergency back-up generator to service its tenants.

“The completed renovations at 1600 Stewart has resulted in increased leasing activity, and tenants see the difference” said Adam Rochlin when describing ownership’s commitment to the building.
