Rochlin of Rochlin Org. named a 2009 CoStar Power Broker

Adam Rochlin, founder and principal of The Rochlin Organization LLC, has received a 2009 CoStar Power Broker Award, which recognizes the "best of the best" in commercial real estate brokerage. Rochlin, who founded his Jericho-based real estate firm last year, received the award for being a top office-leasing broker. A veteran with more than 20 years of experience, Rochlin previously was vice president of asset management at Onyx Equities. Prior to that, he was executive vice president at GHP Office Realty. Rochlin also has been with Cushman & Wakefield, CB Richard Ellis and Koll. "I am honored that CoStar has recognized me," said Rochlin. "This prestigious award highlights my experience and my ongoing emphasis on the interests of The Rochlin Organization's clients." All awards are based on transaction data in CoStar's commercial real estate database, the largest, independently researched database of commercial real estate property information available online.
