Robert and David Godfrey of CB Richard Ellis complete $2m sale

In a transaction indicating the continued strength of the investment sales market, even in light of tighter financing requirements, Robert Godfrey and David Godfrey of CB Richard Ellis' Long Island office arranged the sale of 500 Church St. Winona Realty Ventures acquired the single story, 23,000 s/f industrial building on three acres, from Pedrini International for approximately $2 million.  The father and son team represented both the buyer and seller in the negotiations. Situated on three landscaped acres, 500 Church St. boasts 24-foot ceiling heights and 3,050 s/f of finished office and showroom space.  The property is just off Sunrise Highway and Veterans Memorial Highway at Nicolls Rd. and offers convenient access to Long Island's McArthur Airport in Central Islip. Subsequent to the sale, Winona Realty tapped CBRE as its exclusive agents to lease the property.
