RIPCO Real Estate expands Brooklyn leasing platform

 

 

 

Brooklyn, NY RIPCO Real Estate has added Peter Schubert, Kyle Williams and Darlene Lee to its Brooklyn office, strengthening the firm’s landlord and tenant representation capabilities across retail and industrial leasing. The team joins RIPCO following their tenure at TerraCRG.

Schubert has advised property owners, developers and retailers throughout New York City since 2003, helping clients maximize long-term asset value through creative leasing strategies, local market expertise and strong industry relationships. He has represented landlords and operators including Blue Apron, Brooklyn Gin, Four & Twenty Blackbirds, Widow Jane Distillery, Brooklyn Mills, House of Wonder, D.S. & Durga and One Girl Cookies, and negotiated some of the city’s significant transactions, including Electrify America’s signed East Coast flagship at 27 Bridge St. in DUMBO.

Williams, managing director at RIPCO’s Brooklyn office, brings more than 16 years of commercial real estate experience across New York and Washington, D.C., specializing in landlord and tenant representation with a focus on retail and industrial leasing. Prior to joining RIPCO, Williams was a director of retail leasing at TerraCRG, where he represented landlords and tenants across the city’s retail and industrial landscape.

The team will continue to represent both landlords and tenants, with a particular focus on ground-level commercial leasing, retail and industrial spaces, including food production and “maker” uses such as breweries and distilleries. Within RIPCO’s platform, the team will also focus on larger non-traditional retail and M-zoned commercial properties.

The team’s local expertise spans Northern Brooklyn, including Williamsburg and Greenpoint, as well as Gowanus, Red Hook and Brownstone Brooklyn, with experience along key corridors including Third, Fifth and Seventh Aves. The team also has a strong track record representing nonprofit organizations, including leasing work for Fifth Avenue Committee across its 36 Brooklyn properties, as well as Restoration Plaza and St. Nicks Alliance.

The addition of Schubert, Williams and Lee further underscores RIPCO’s investment in its Brooklyn platform and its commitment to expanding its leasing capabilities across specialized commercial property types.
