Riley of Cushman & Wakefield to head Upstate New York Chapter of the Appraisal Institute

Syracuse, NY The Upstate New York Chapter of the Appraisal Institute (AI) will be led by Shawn Riley, MAI of Cushman & Wakefield as president for 2025. Other officers include Thomas LaBelle, MAI, AI-GRS as vice president, Robert Chelus, AI-GRS as treasurer and Jay Buhr, MAI. New directors are Denise Rhoads, director of appraisal services at Community Bank and Kaitlin Skelton, MAI.

Riley who is a commercial appraiser with has experience in the appraisal of a wide variety of real estate properties.

The Appraisal Institute is recognized as the leader in the real estate appraisal industry and is one of the oldest organizations of real estate appraisers in the world.
