We continually seek new ways to leverage the strength of social media in reaching today's consumers. What is your biggest leadership challenge, other than the "glass ceiling"? Finding qualified staff with ambition and appropriate skills. Which project, deal or transaction was the "game changer" in the advancement of your career? Rather than identifying one project, deal or transaction as the "game changer" in the advancement of my career, I have to say it has been working hard and smart all these years. What do you consider to be the most successful way to increase referrals? Relationships, relationships, relationships. Networking strategically and following up with those with whom you may have an affinity is key. Building strong and trusting relationships has made all the difference for me and my colleagues. What is your favorite tip for balanced living? Your mind, body and spirit are just as important as your work. Where would you like to be in 10 years? In a happy place.
