530 Park Ave., a residential condominium developed by New York City-based, international real estate firm RFR, has opened a new sales office at the property, which will also serve as an art gallery featuring a handful of favored pieces from the extensive art collection of RFR principle Aby Rosen. The gallery, located on Park Ave. at 61st St., is open to the public and visitors will be able to enjoy works by internationally acclaimed artists such as Jean-Michel Basquiat, George Condo and Andy Warhol. "We are excited to provide a space to showcase these exceptional pieces of art," said Jay Solinsky, president of Classic Marketing, the exclusive sales agent for the property. "Visitors to our gallery will not only get to experience our truly special residences and amenities, but also enjoy works by some of the greatest artists of our time." 530 Park Ave. is a condominium residence thoughtfully designed to seamlessly meld with the neighborhood's timeless architecture. Additional building amenities include a 24-hour concierge service, fitness center and children's creativity center. As a complement to the top-of-the-line amenities offered at the building, 530 Park Ave. partnered with the celebrated Sant Ambroeus restaurant to provide five-star room service and full-service catering to residents. The homes at 530 Park Ave., which range from one to four bedrooms, are designed with signature finishes, including custom finished herringbone pattern hardwood floors, plaster hand-finished cove crown moldings and individually and thermostatically controlled heating and air conditioning systems. Gourmet kitchens boast handcrafted English wood cabinetry, Italian granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
