Repko of The Dagar Group secures office 1,400 s/f lease for Congresswoman Hayworth

The Dagar Group Ltd. has assisted the staff of congresswoman Nan Hayworth, M.D. to secure a 1,400 s/f District Office at Two Summit Court. Glen Repko, CSM, senior VP of Dagar, worked with the staff. "After the site selection was determined a lease was finalized within two days allowing for immediate occupancy," Repko said. "Obviously they were specific needs outlined for the office and we were able to meet those." "We utilized the services of a space planner to assist with the interior layout and once that was finalized the office came together very quickly," Repko said. Congresswoman Hayworth represents the 19th congressional district of New York and was elected to her first term in 2010. Dagar is the exclusive leasing agent for the property at Two Summit Court which is a 32,000 s/f, three-story atrium office building.
