REPI holds annual fall luncheon at Milleridge Cottage

"The Residential Mortgage Crisis" was the topic at the annual fall luncheon of the Real Estate Practitioner Institute (REPI) held recently at the Milleridge Cottage. At the luncheon, a sell out crowd of real estate professionals listened to a talk by Robert Moulton, president/C.E.O. and founder of Americana Mortgage Group where he discussed his take on the current crisis and on the future of the residential mortgage industry. REPI president, John Gutleber, of Castagna Realty welcomed everyone and introduced REPI program chair, William Yorio of Corporate National Realty, Inc. who presented the speaker. REPI continues to make a substantial contribution to the economic development of Long Island and its real estate community by teaching a comprehensive real estate course curriculum at Long Island University. The Institute also presents educational breakfasts, luncheons, professional seminars and symposia throughout the year.
