Renshaw of B+E receives CREW Network award

Camille Renshaw

New York, NY B+E CEO Camille Renshaw is the 2022 Entrepreneurial Spirit Impact Award recipient, as named by CREW New York, a segment of the premier business network dedicated to transforming the commercial real estate industry by advancing women globally.

The Entrepreneurial Spirit Impact Award recognizes a member who has achieved a unique career success or milestone as the result of taking a risk, and is willing to step outside of the box to create something new or different, and provide services, develop products, or improve practices by organizing, developing, or deploying available resources in an innovative way.

In the years since B+E’s launch, Renshaw and her team have worked to disrupt the net lease market with an online trading platform that features user dashboards, real-time predictive pricing and an AI-driven exchange.

Renshaw is currently working with her team to launch an interview series highlighting key women leaders across the net lease industry. They hope to further encourage a change in the perception of commercial real estate as a male dominated field. The series is expected to launch in October.
