Ren of H2M passes N.Y. Registered Archt. exam

According to H2M, Zhong Ren has passed the New York Registered Architects exam and is now a licensed architect. Ren joined H2M in 2007 as an architect in the private sector studio. He has a bachelor in Architecture from Tsing Hua University in Beijing, China and a Diploma in Building Construction Management from New York University.

When Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) were first part of commercial real estate risk management, it was the lenders driving this requirement. When a borrower wanted a loan on a property, banks would utilize a list of “Approved Consultants” to order the report on both refinances and purchases.
