As New York City ponders its own commercial real estate future in the wake of the WTC attack, Nassau County real estate leaders study the future of their own financially troubled county as the race for county executive begins to heat up. Republican challenger Bruce Bent presented his credentials before members of the Association for a Better Long Island. He was quizzed by ABLI president Bennett Rechler of We're Associates and ABLI executive board member Charles Serota of the Serota Organization.
