The 1,916 s/f salon is located in Shopper's World Plaza in Clifton Park. * Heeps and Kutikov, along with MacDonald and Associates brokered the sale of 2 acres located at located at 273 Kingsboro Ave., Gloversville between Carrol's, LLC (Burger King) and Church Foothills United Methodist. The sale price was $745,000. * Heeps and Kutikov brokered a five-year lease between Copperpin Crafts, LLC and 7 Southside Drive, LLC. The 1,296 s/f pottery studio is located in the Shops of Village Plaza in Clifton Park. * Heeps and Kutikov brokered a five-year lease between 1228 Western Ave, LLC and Pablo Salle of Innovations Ideas, Inc. The 6,000 s/f restaurant is located at 1228 Western Ave., Albany. * Heeps and Kutikov, along with Peter Vanbortel of IKON Realty Group, LLC brokered a 10-year lease between Iqbal 7, LLC and Rexford Group Associates, L.P. The 2,511 s/f specialty grocery store is located in St. John's Plaza, Halfmoon. * Heeps and Kutikov brokered a five-year lease between CDN Industries, INC. and One Southside Drive, LLC. The 1,364 s/f Bagel restaurant is located in the Shops of Village Plaza, Clifton Park. * Heeps and Kutikov, along with Barry Feinman and Kenneth Brownell of Vanguard-Fine, LLC brokered a five-year lease between Waxing Centers of Buffalo, LLC and One Southside Drive, LLC. The 1,500 s/f waxing center is located in the Shops of Village Plaza, Clifton Park. * Heeps and Kutikov, along with Feinman and Brownell of Vanguard-Fine, LLC brokered a five-year lease between Global Family Enterprises, LLC and One Southside Drive, LLC.
