RedMark Realty, LLC arranged the following sales totaling $3.059 million and leases totaling 27,133 s/f: * Alex Kutikov and Gordon Heeps of RedMark brokered an 11-year lease of 10,350 s/f at Shopper's World in Clifton Park between Northside Land, LLC and Wine and Liquor Warehouses, LLC; * Matthew Pierce, Kutikov and Heeps of RedMark brokered the $345,000 sale of a 6,400 s/f building at 821 Main St. in Clifton Park between JTM Holding, LLC and David and Melissa Scagnelli; * Pierce brokered the $148,500 sale of a service station at 200 23rd St. in Watervliet between Diane Selby and MLight Inc; * Steve Altarac, Kutikov and Heeps of RedMark brokered the $156,000 sale of a 5,460 s/f turn-key restaurant at 1475 Rte. 50 in Ballston Spa between Yellowstone, LLC and Ballston Spa Dinner, LLC; * Kutikov and Heeps, along with Michael Crisafulli of Crisafulli Associates, brokered the $1.65 million sale of Bayberry Sq. Shopping Center. The 12,189 s/f shopping center is located at at 635-637 New Loudon Rd. in Latham. The sale was brokered between Bayberry Square, LLC and Amna Enterprises Inc.; * Kutikov and Heeps, along with Andrew Peckage of Trinity Realty Group, LLC, brokered a seven-year lease of 10,500 s/f at Brunswick Plaza in Brunswick between Brunswick, LLC and Dollar Tree Stores, Inc.; * Pierce, Kutikov and Heeps brokered the $759,000 sale of a 9,600 s/f building at 640 New Loudon Rd. in Latham; * Kutikov and Heeps brokered a seven-year lease of 5,100 s/f at 3 Washington Sq. in Albany between Washington Square (Three & Five ) Associates, LLC and Make-A-Wish Foundation of Northeast New York; and * Kutikov and Heeps brokered a 10-year lease of 1,183 s/f at 3 Washington Sq. in Albany between Washington Square (Three & Five ) Associates, LLC and Mario Crisafulli and Paul Giannetti.
