Reckson/SL Green leases 52,366 s/f to ConEdison at 100 Summit Lake

ConEdison Solutions has signed a long-term, 52,366 s/f lease to relocate its headquarters to 100 Summit Lake Dr. The property, owned by Reckson, a Division of SL Green Realty Corp, is one of three class A buildings that comprise The Summit, a 690,000 s/f office complex. When it moves to its new headquarters at the end of this year, ConEdison Solutions will occupy the second and fourth floors in the four-story, 250,000 s/f property set on 102 acres. Frank Tomasulo, Al Gutierrez and Ian Seppos of CB Richard Ellis are retained as agents by Reckson, a Division of SL Green Realty Corp. at The Summit. ConEdison Solutions represented themselves.
