RealtyUSA completes two transactions - $625,000

RealtyUSA Commercial sold 1,600 s/f for $200,000. The location at 1218 Rte. 146 in Clifton Park will be Mama's Restauraunt. Fagan & Associates was the seller. Bifang Chen was the buyer. Tony Sabatino of RealtyUSA was the listing agent and Sherri Duan of Brokers Network was the buyer's agent. RealtyUSA Commercial also closed on a $425,000 sale for a former nightclub at 4-6 Sheridan Ave. in Albany. The 20,590 s/f location will be the future site of apartments, restaurant and office space. The seller was AMG Financial and the buyer was 4-6 Sheridan,LLC. Sabatino was the listing agent.
