Real launches ReferReal Program

New York, NY Real, a technology-powered real estate brokerage, recently celebrated the debut of a new, referral program. The ReferReal Program is designed to help support the rapid growth of agents at Real, which has become one of the fastest growing brokerages in the country.

“As Real continues to evolve and extend into new markets across the U.S., we wanted to create a referral program that would inspire both our existing agents, as well as agents looking to join the team,” said Tamir Poleg, CEO and founder of Real. “We believe this ambitious program, combined with our advanced technology, will attract a plethora of great agents, as we continue to lead real estate’s technological revolution.”

With Real’s straightforward 85% - 15% commission split, Real’s referral program enables existing agents to receive the same amount on a referred agent’s commission as Real does - essentially splitting the 15% down the middle to 7.5% each. This rewarding split, which is extended to the referring agent for 12 months, is coupled with a more immediate $250 referral fee, gifted 30 days after the referred agent joins the Real team.

“Matching our commission with that of our referring agent’s, is another way we put our agent’s first,” said Yoni Ben-Yehuda, CMO of Real. “We envision that this new program, along with the opportunity to earn a greater commission split, will continue to add to our continually accelerating growth.”
