RAV Properties completes two new multi-year tenancies at 6361 Thompson Rd.

RAV Properties, LLC, a Jamesville based real estate investment company, completed two new multi-year tenancies at 6361 Thompson Rd., one mile south of exit 35 off the NYS Turnpike. Custom Courier Solutions, Inc, headquartered in Rochester, recently began operations at 6361 Thompson Rd. Custom Courier Solutions offers a complete suite of services from warehousing and logistics to deliveries with a wide range of transportation vehicles. Their space features nine loading docks, refurbished offices and a drive-in ramp. Local vendors involved with the tenant improvements were OnSite Facility Services (GC), Mullen Industrial (docks), Nicotra and Sons (HVAC), Phoenix Electric of CNY, Inc., Bonnet Sales and Service (garage doors) Sherman-Vincent Associates (concrete work). Tom Voumard of Fayetteville Realty, USA was the broker of record. VB Performance, Inc, "Visions Beyond Performance," opened an enhanced facility for workout enthusiasts, as well as the training of athletes at all stages of personal development and achievement. Vinny Scollo is a highly sought after trainer who transforms competitors into winners at all levels of athleticism: youth, high school, college and professional. Ray Newkirk is an accomplished instructor for mixed martial arts, boxing champions, wrestlers and more. The general contractor for their project was Big D Construction. Involved brokers were David Venditti for the tenant and Grazi Zazzara of The Icon Companies for the landlord. Acquired in 2010, RAV Properties continues to rehabilitate and improve this multi-tenanted industrial warehouse property. Completed work includes restoration and monitoring of the sprinkler system, improved outdoor illumination, new interior energy saving lighting programs, replacement windows and over 140,000 s/f of new energy saving roofing. Currently, this prime industrial location has approximately 51,000 s.f. of affordable space available with dedicated or shared dock spaces. Brokers are protected.
