Ranieri of NorthMarq arranges $700,000 mortgage

Robert Ranieri, senior VP and managing director of NorthMarq Capital, Inc.'s Westchester regional office, arranged first mortgage refinancing of $700,000 for 6660 Joy Rd. The property is a 30,000 s/f industrial building. The building is occupied by DSI Systems, Inc. Financing was based on a 20-year term with a 20-year amortization schedule and was arranged for the borrower, N Joy Realty LLC, by NorthMarq through its correspondent relationship with StanCorp Mortgage Investors, LLC.
