Ranieri and Farrell of NorthMarq arranges $35.11 million for six properties

Robert Ranieri, senior VP and managing director of NorthMarq Capital's Capital Services Group East, and David Farrell, senior VP and managing director of NorthMarq Capital's Kansas City regional office, arranged combined first mortgage financing in the amount of $35.11 million for an apartment portfolio consisting of six multifamily properties. The size of the loans range from $4.1 million to $9.106 million and are based on a 10-year term with a 30-year amortization schedule and were arranged for the borrowers, Dermot Wichita East, LLC and Dermot Wichita West, LLC by NorthMarq through its seller-servicer relationship with Freddie Mac.
