Rand Commercial completes successful non profit sale for $2.225 million
Hartsdale, NY Paul Adler, Esq.,SIOR and Sam Adler of Rand Commercial successfully brokered a non profit sale.
This 3.47 acre property consists of a House of Worship, parsonage, and large paved parking lot. The current use, a house of worship, is permitted as of right in the R-7.5 Zoning in the Town of Greenburgh.
House of Worship offers a main hall (capacity of 140 people), ideal for congregational gatherings, ceremonies, or community events. The property also includes ancillary rooms (5) for administrative offices, classrooms, or support functions.
Rand Commercial represented both sides in this transaction.
