Raise Commercial and Newmark lease 12,159 s/f

Manhattan, NY Raise Commercial Real Estate has signed a five-year, 12,159 s/f lease with Leap at 99 Hudson St. in Tribeca. Leap’s new space will serve as the company’s New York City headquarters.

Jamie Katcher, managing director, and Sebastian Infante, executive vice president, both with Raise Commercial Real Estate, represented Leap in the transaction. The landlord, Olshan Properties, was represented by Jonathan Franzel, Michael Shenfeld and Eric Cagner of Newmark.

“We’re thrilled to have landed Leap in their new New York City headquarters, a space that aligns with their rapid-growth trajectory,” said Katcher.

“Leap wanted to stay in Lower Manhattan—and 99 Hudson St.’s positioning in the sought-after Tribeca neighborhood allows the company to continue expanding its New York City operations.”

Located inTribeca at the corner of Hudson and Franklin Sts., 99 Hudson St. is a 16-story building that features high ceilings, views and roof deck amenity spaces. Due to its central location, the property can be accessed via trains including the 1, 2, 3, A, C, E, J, N, Q, R and Z lines and is a short distance via car to the Brooklyn, Manhattan and Williamsburg Bridges as well as the Holland Tunnel.
