Raffa of Island Associates Real Estate negotiates 4,250 s/f long-term lease for Kid Strong at Aero Plaza

Hicksville NY Robert Raffa of Island Associates Real Estate Inc. negotiated the long-term lease of 4,250 s/f of in-line space to Kid Strong at the Aero Plaza located at 1040 South Bdwy. Aero Plaza is a three-acre site improved with a 50,000 s/f shopping center which is anchored by a Planet Fitness and Patrizia’s of Long Island Italian restaurant.

Kid Strong joins a tenant mix including Planet Fitness, Patrizia’s of Long Island, Tiki Poke & Ramen, Modern Rhythms Dance Academy, and others. Aero Plaza was developed by the current owners and is located on Rte. 107 (South Bdwy.) across from the Bethpage Business Park and Gold Coast Studios. KidStrong is located throughout the United States and this is the second location on Long Island. Kid Strong helps children from toddlers to 11 years old develop resilience, independence, and self-worth with their curriculum. Robert Raffa represented the landlord in negotiating the terms of the transaction.
