Racanelli Realty Services Inc. arranges 8,000 s/f lease to Dover Saddlery at 90 West Jericho Tpke.
Racanelli Realty Services Inc. has leased an 8,000 s/f retail property at 90 West Jericho Tpke. for Dover Saddlery, Inc. Racanelli represented the owner and the tenant. Additionally, the property is managed by Racanelli's property management division and the company handled the interior build-out for the new tenant and arranged the construction management.
