Racanelli elected chair of Flushing-Willets Point- Corona LDC

John Racanelli, Farrell Fritz

New York, NY According to Farrell Fritz, partner John Racanelli was elected chair of the Flushing-Willets Point-Corona Local Development Corp. Joseph Farber, an attorney at Farber, Rosen & Kaufman, P.C., is his predecessor. He served as chair for eight years. Claire Shulman, the LDC’s president & CEO said, “The LDC is proud to have a man of John Racanelli’s skill and knowledge as the new chairman of the board of directors.” Racanelli, an Oyster Bay, N.Y. resident, focuses his practice on commercial real estate acquisitions, development, leasing and financing, and on construction. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University.
