Racanelli Construction South, Inc. completes office renovation for NAI Carolantic Realty, Inc.

Racanelli Construction South, Inc. , an affiliate of Racanelli Construction Company, Inc. completed a 6,300 s/f office renovation project on behalf of NAI Carolantic Realty, Inc. Racanelli served as the general contractor on the project which involved the interior renovation of three office suites in a Teal Properties building. The project was valued at $146,000. According to Racanelli Construction south vice president Edward Dreyer, "The project involved demolition and the construction of new walls, flooring, ceilings, break room, restrooms and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) upgrades relating to plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems." He noted that Racanelli also assisted the client with securing the necessary municipal approvals.
