RAC NYSCAR announces 2025 Board of Directors and welcomes two new board members

The Rochester Area Chapter of the New York State Commercial Association of REALTORS® (RAC NYSCAR) announced two new Board Directors for 2025: Andrew Gearhart of CBRE Upstate NY and Colleen Wightman of Realty ONE Group Spark. They join president, Christopher McCarthy, Keller Williams Realty Greater Rochester; vice-president Thomas Latta, Buckingham Properties; treasurer Peter Gillett, Flaum Management Company, Inc.; and secretary, Justin Merriam, also from Flaum Management Company, Inc. All served on the Board in 2024. Remaining director continuing for 2025 is Dexter Craig, North Star Real Estate. RAC NYSCAR would like to thank outgoing Board members Matthew Drouin, ROC Real Capital, LLC; and Christopher Passero, Passero Realty Services LLC, for their service during their tenure on the Board. 

RAC NYSCAR is holding their 2025 Kick-Off Luncheon on January 16 at the Genesee Valley Club. The keynote speakers are David Riley, principal transportation specialist for the City of Rochester’s department of environmental services in the bureau of architecture and engineering for the City of Rochester and Anne Dasilva Tella, director of project development in the bureau of business & housing development for the City of Rochester. Their presentation topic will be The City of Rochester's Inner Loop North Project.
