Pyramid brokers two leases totaling 38,700 s/f and a $603,250 sale

Pyramid Brokerage Company/Syracuse has completed two leases totaling 38,700 s/f s/f and a $603,250 sale. The deals include the following: * Larry Socia and Jon Propper of Pyramid represented Name Brand Deals in their sub-lease of 18,700 s/f, the former Pep Boys, located at 2100 W. Genesee St. The freestanding building is an outparcel of the Westvale Plaza. This is the second area store for this retailer, an enterprise of the Oneida Indian Nation. * Integrated Marketing Service has occupied 20,000 s/f of office space at 4682 Crossroads Park Dr., Liverpool. Integrating Marketing offers a full service line including direct mail, development, design, interactive media, and advertising as well as digital and large format printing. Carmen Davoli of Pyramid represented the landlord, ZG Realty, and John Wilson of The Bell Group represented the tenant. * The 14,000 s/f industrial/manufacturing facility located at 114 Palmeter Ave. was sold to Michael Gosson for $603,250. The facility will be the new home of Parish Maintenance Supply. Gary Cottet of Pyramid represented the seller Haun Properties.
