PWC awards 20 under 40 Outstanding Women in Construction

New York, NY PWC had its Annual Holiday Party at Bryant Park Grill. At the event, PWC gave out its PWC Champion Award and announced its 20 Under 40 Outstanding Women in Construction. Chelsea LeMar, PWC’s executive director opened the event by welcoming attendees and presenting the successes of PWC in 2017, including opening two new chapters in Philadelphia and Boston, as well as a mentorship program for emerging and experienced professionals. LeMar also spoke about what to expect in 2018. 

Amy Beckman, principal at HOK, and VP of PWC awarded PWC’s Champion Award to Barbara Armand, president and CEO of Armand Corporation and PWC’s former president for her incredible contributions to the organization. Barbara was given a piece of artwork by Kristin Texeira, an NYC-based artist.

Nicole Woolard of Duane Morris and PWC director and secretary, Melinda Johnson of STV, PWC director, Shalini Mohan of SM Design & Consulting, PWC director, and Sasha Durcan of Ryder Construction announced the 20 Under 40 Outstanding Women in Construction.
