PW Grosser honored by Nassau County Chapter of NYS Society of Professional Engineers for Oyster Bay project

The Nassau County Chapter of the New York State Society of Professional Engineers recently awarded PW Grosser Consulting, a leading engineering and environmental consulting firm, Project of the Year for their project,Town of Oyster Bay Reduces Carbon Footprint with New CNG Facility. Project of the Year is an annual award to give recognition to Engineers who have contributed to the public health, safety and welfare by way of designing projects which are of an outstanding nature. The project was chosen on a county basis by evaluating the projects originality, uniqueness, innovation, social significance, and environmental considerations, advancement of engineering state of the art and extraordinary technological demands and project complexity. Gerry Rosen, PE, senior project manager and Frank McCabe, PE, LEED GA, project engineer of PWGC along with representatives from the town were present during the dinner reception held at the Swan Club, in Roslyn to accept this award. The New York State Society of Professional Engineers, Inc. is the premier organization of professional engineers that promotes and defends the lawful and ethical practice of engineering.
