Prudential Blake Atlantic REALTORS closed a 10-year lease for Upstate Hematology and Oncology, PLLC. They occupy 9,242 s/f of a new 60,000 s/f medical building. Richard Ferro, Barbara Norton, and Athena Pagnotti represented the landlord in the transaction.
