What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? With its roots in the burgeoning industrial market, which N.Y.C. and its boroughs experienced from the 1950s, Greiner-Maltz has been adapting to a changing market mix influenced by the increased demand for retail, office and residential development. Our detailed knowledge of the industrial marketplace has allowed us to command the forefront of this "conversion" market as industrial land has been converted to retail shopping centers, and industrial loft buildings have been converted to both office and residential condos. Our future plans are anchored on the principle of providing our clients and customers with seasoned, expert real estate advice, based on a database having been accumulated over 55 years and two offices offering the expert services of over 40 brokers.
