What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? I own a real estate brokerage which helps people buy and sell houses. I own an investment fund that flips houses all around North Jersey which uses investor capital and pays investors 20% of the profits generated. I run a realtor coaching platform that helps agents make more money by increasing their sales skills, influence level, confidence, and teach them how to move from realtor to investor. I am planning to scale all three businesses and add more services to everything I do. The brokerage will start to invest in marketing very heavily to increase the customer demand so I can send more work to the agents. The RE fund will start purchasing rental properties that are 24 units or greater and start a property management firm. The coaching company will start a RE school that will teach pre-licensing law as well as continuing education credits. It will be a never ending growing and scaling process; branching out into different states and countries as time goes on. Revolutionizing real estate

How do you unwind from a busy day? I love to eat! A fancy dinner somewhere is my favorite way to unwind. Friends, food, drinks, and socializing. I like to walk in woodland areas, hike with my dog, and go to the beach; I love hot weather. Boats/jet ski, good company and Mother Nature. My hidden secret talent is cooking; I have been paid to cook for people many times. I am often forced to cook at all of my friends social gatherings. I spend a good amount of time in Sicily almost every year.
