What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? I have quickly made quite a name for myself in both the residential and commercial real estate worlds in N.Y.C. I represent sellers, buyers, and renters when it comes to residential real estate in Manhattan and Brooklyn and I also represent buyer and sellers regarding both commercial and residential development sites and properties. I plan on having a long career in N.Y.C. residential and commercial real estate and hope to one day be one of the top brokers in not only N.Y.C., but the country.
How do you unwind from a busy day in real estate? Most of my days are very busy with showings, meetings, conference calls, etc and, to be honest, my day never really ends. But when it does, I love to order in Chinese food and have extremely intimate dates with Netflix.
Favorite book or author: I'm more of a "New York Times" and "GQ" kind of guy.
Favorite movie: "The Devil Wears Prada"
Last song you downloaded? "Blurred Lines" by the Glee Cast
One word to describe your work environment: I am definitely serious when I need to be and do not waste time when it comes to board packages, offers, LOI's, etc. But I also have a fun easy going side. Life is too short, so I always think there needs to be time in the day for a little dance session here and there.
Rules to live by in business: Always go with your gut.
If you could invite one person to dinner (living or dead) who would it be and where would you go? I would invite Harvey Milk, the first openly gay politician to be elected to public office in the state of California. Harvey Milk is an idol of mine because he put people and the rights of others well before himself, and stood up for what he believed in so much that he risked and lost his life fighting for it. We would have dinner at my favorite French restaurant, Le Grainne Café on 21st and 9th in Chelsea, because Harvey's favorite food was French food.
What is your dream job? People are always surprised to hear this, since I am such an ambitious, driven, non-stop working individual, but my dream job is one day to be a father. I cannot wait to be a parent and only hope to be as amazing at it as my parents were and are. They are and continue to be the most amazing people I know.
