What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? I am currently the Freddie Mac Specialist at Centerline Capital Group, having underwritten in excess of $1 billion at Freddie Mac in my previous job. I have been working with Centerline's originations and underwriting teams nationwide to enhance our Freddie Mac process and grow production. We recently opened an office in Seattle and have plans to expand into more markets this year.
How do you unwind from a busy day in real estate? I enjoy yoga, bicycling, and entertaining friends and family.

Rules to live by in business: Treat each client exceptionally, regardless of deal size. Always be responsive, even if you do not yet have all the answers. Do not compare yourself to your peers; create your own standard of excellence. Always encourage feedback to continually improve.
If you could invite one person to dinner (living or dead) who would it be and where would you go? I would take Cicero to one of the Colliccio & Sons restaurants.
What is your dream job? I am living it!
