Education: Too many professional trade and Safety training sessions to list. Bachelors of Professional Studies at Five Towns College, Dix Hills, N.Y. - I am presently working on my master's of Science in Occupational Safety and Health. First job outside of real estate: I was an electrician. First job in real estate or allied field: My first job out of school was as an electrician, though I have been doing electrical work since I was 15! What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? As project manager/safety director at Roland's Electric, I create safety training policies, procedures, and courses for our staff. My work environment is extremely fast paced - days, weeks, and months fly-by. This is the only placed I've ever worked where I don't look at the clock to see if it's time to go home. It's also a friendly working environment with lots of talented people. How do you unwind from a busy day in real estate? I like to watch a movie, do yard work, play the drums, or listen to music. Favorite book or author: I read a lot a technical books, trade magazines, text books, and standards (reports) but I last read and enjoyed the "Celestine Prophecy" by James Redfield. Favorite movie: "Forest Gump" Last album you purchased/downloaded? Carole King & James Taylor live at Troubadour One word to describe your work environment: Fast-Paced Rules to live by in business: Do what you say you are going to do, and don't be lazy!! If you could invite one person to dinner (living or dead) who would it be and where would you go? Buddy Rich - we'd go to a jazz club. What is your dream job? Playing drums in a great band (one that makes money) and tours the world.

When Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) were first part of commercial real estate risk management, it was the lenders driving this requirement. When a borrower wanted a loan on a property, banks would utilize a list of “Approved Consultants” to order the report on both refinances and purchases.
