I got robbed at gun point twice for $1 million - came to the conclusion that I needed a new profession. First job in real estate or allied field: Never held another position in real estate. After I decided to leave the jewelry business, I started to work with some water conservation devices, but they were not tamper-proof. I realized that if I could design a tamper-proof shower flow controller it would be a profitable device and business. What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? Running a water conservation company with future plans to introduce my patented products nationwide. How do you unwind from a busy day in real estate? I hang out with my family - I have three kids. I also spend three hours a day studying different areas of Judaism.
