First job in real estate or allied field: Residential rental agent in Manhattan What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? I work with the executive team at TerraCRG to run operations and develop strategic plans for the expansion of the firm; recruiting and training are two roles I feel very passionate about and our firm is on a unique growth trajectory that requires very specific skill sets. How do you unwind from a busy day in real estate? I spend as much time as possible with my wife and son. They are the perfect antidote to a busy day. Favorite book or author: Non-fiction only! "Guns, Germs and Steel" by Jared Diamond and "The Island at the Center of the Universe" by Russell Shorto Favorite movie: "Saving Private Ryan" Last song you downloaded? "Reflektor" by Arcade Fire One word to describe your work environment: Intense Rules to live by in business: Never stop learning. Ever. If you could invite one person to dinner (living or dead) who would it be and where would you go? My father (passed away when I was young), we would tour through the north of France to discuss his years as a combat engineer in WWII. What is your dream job? I have it - I'm working amongst some of the most intelligent and passionate real estate brokers in the industry.
