AVANT Capital is a bridge lender doing deals from $1-30 million in N.Y.C metro, Florida and southern California. Our direct lending program offers financing for opportunistic acquisitions, the refinance of unencumbered real estate quickly to unlock equity, discounted note purchases and/or recapitalizations of under-water assets, construction completion, condo inventory loans and development site acquisitions. How do you unwind from a busy day in real estate? Watching Mr. Rogers with my 3-year old daughter.
