Most memorable “15 minutes of fame” in NYREJ:

My most memorable 15 minutes of fame came in March of 2022 when NYREJ had highlighted my sale of two lots on 27^th St. in Hunters Point, prime Long Island City. I had sold the lots for $10.5 million with a quick closing and the news had come out as soon as NYREJ had highlighted the article. The sale was a major highlight as we had sold it for ownership at $313 per buildable s/f, which had been high for the market at the time. This felt like the moment NYREJ helped put me on the map!

Favorite NYREJ spotlights:

NYREJ has many spotlights that are intriguing to read, but my favorite ones are the “Year in Review” articles. Each transaction, notable hire, industry leader announcement can be informative but pales in comparison to seeing a full year review from an individual or company. I remember writing my own 2022 year in review and it’s a great way to look back and see the accomplishments over a longer period of time. This tells you a lot about the market as a whole as well.
