What do you like best about being a woman in the AEC industry? It’s incredibly inspiring to witness the growth of women in construction, both in the office and on job sites, as well as architects and engineers. Reflecting on my 24-year journey, I recall a time when female project managers and project executives were a rarity, and spotting a female superintendent or trade worker was even more uncommon. Today, seeing the strides they’ve made is truly remarkable and a testament to their expertise and resilience.
