How do you balance your rising career with your personal life? Work-life balance is difficult, especially with a wife and three kids at home. My work and life responsibilities are ever-changing and growing, so I plan, prioritize my workload, and manage my time never to have to sacrifice one for the other.

Who are the key people in your life that have contributed to your success? Having been in the construction industry for 15 years, there are so many people who have played a crucial role in my career. However, core values and a good work ethic were instilled in me at an early age and stayed with me forever - I can thank my parents for that.
