It now incorporates a new feature, the Facilities Asset Model (FAM), a fully immersive digital twin of completed projects with all submittals digitally embedded and linked to each element within the 3D scan of completed spaces. This allows facility managers to easily access all material, system and location data, such as warranty details, without searching through hard copy records.

The property offers a 12^th floor roof deck with Hudson River views and other tenant amenities. Wesbuilt has employed its VDC/BIM process to accelerate the delivery of this complex project.
