Assuming the lead role in acquisitions for Jafri Capital stands out as my most significant professional achievement. Spearheading the assessment of CRE investment opportunities, I’ve been instrumental in structuring deals, evaluating risks, and pinpointing high-quality investments that align seamlessly with the objectives of Jafri Capital investors.

How has your career path changed in 2023? Successfully arranging debt and equity deals established a core-plus foundation, propelling us towards transitioning into developers/owner-operators on the principal side. In 2024, Jafri Capital will expand strategic relationships with Logos Development and Prime Manhattan Development, aligning with our focus on distressed acquisitions. 

The emphasis remains on multifamily and industrial assets in New York and Florida, reflecting our commitment to strategic growth.
