What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of?
We have been busy expanding our services for existing buildings. After the Surfside collapse there is a regulatory focus everywhere on safety of existing buildings. We have been working on the NYC LL126 Parking Garage Program and are preparing for the start of the façade inspection program in January.
Who inspires you most? What qualities do they possess that inspire you most?
My Father. Child of immigrants, successful career in construction and real estate,“retired” 20 years ago, took a full time job to keep busy. Still working three days a week and taking 100% care of the house and my mom at 83. I hope to be that vibrant at that age.
