What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2022?

November marked the 30-year milestone of our corporate mandate for alleviating the homeless crisis in NYC. Through our long-standing partnerships with Promesa Housing Development Fund Corp. and The Bridge Inc., we have provided housing and behavioral health services to hundreds in need throughout the Bronx and in Harlem.
