What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of?

TDF is about to close on a 200-bed transitional housing facility. As a society, I believe we tend to underestimate the power of housing and housing stability. As well as being a basic human need, it’s a prerequisite for accessing opportunity and economic mobility. I’m hopeful the building will serve as a sanctuary to that end.

Humility: There’s no textbook for affordable housing development, be inquisitive, ask questions!
