What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? A recent transaction I am proud of is my closing on 11/1/2022 for 725 East 214^th St., Bronx, NY. This deal had a lot of hurdles: Interest rate hikes, multiple contracts fall through and re trading. With continuous hard work I was able to get it to the finish line.

Tell us about a mentor or role model that has influenced your career choices? A role model that has influenced me in my career choices is my boss and the CEO of B6 Real Estate Advisors Paul Massey. What he has done in this business and his career has led me to B6 real estate today to hope to follow in his footsteps.

What is one lesson that you had to learn the hard way? One lesson I have learned the hard way is when the going gets tough, double down. Being in the brokerage business you will see market swings, contracts fall through, re trading and more. During those times I have learned to work twice as hard to have a successful transaction.
