In the last 12 months, what was your TOP career highlight?

It is always a highlight when I can provide significant property tax relief for a client. Even though we handle all types of properties, there are certain sectors that are struggling. This year I had a large retail property that I was able to obtain a dramatic reduction which provided the tax relief they needed to attract new tenants and successfully operate the property.

What advice would you give the next generation of women in your industry?

The real estate industry is constantly evolving. It is important to be aware of the trends and changes occurring in our community and in the market in general. These changes are sometimes subtle and unique to the property type and location. I advise anyone to constantly reach out to clients as well as other real estate professionals in their network to gather information about what is occurring in the industry.
